Newer, tighter, and every yard has a cage on it
Pads, lanai extensions and footings across Trinity, Mitchell Ranch, Heritage Springs and the Anclote corridor.
Newer houses, smaller gaps
Trinity is a planned community town. Heritage Springs, Champions Club, Fox Wood, Thousand Oaks. The houses are newer than most of Pasco, the lots are laid out rather than carved, and the gap between one house and the next is often under ten feet.
So the back yard is effectively sealed. Whatever you want poured back there is coming over the roof or it is coming through the house, and the second one is not a real option.
Almost every one of these back yards also has a screen enclosure over the pool or the lanai. Taking panels out of a cage to get a wheelbarrow in costs more than the pump does, and the cage never quite goes back the same.
HOA rules are part of the schedule
Gated communities have opinions about heavy trucks, working hours, street parking and where a contractor can stage. Those rules are not an obstacle so much as a set of constraints that need to be known before the concrete is ordered, because a pour that has to stop at noon is a different pour.
Find out the hours and the truck access rule from your association first. It changes what time the trucks get booked for.
Lanai extensions, pool decks and hot tub pads
The bread and butter here is extending what the builder gave you. A lanai that stops six feet short, a pool deck that needs a sun shelf area, a pad for a spa, a generator slab down the side of the house after the last hurricane season.
They are all small pours in hard places, which is the shape of job a boom makes cheap. Call (813) 991-4544 with the dimensions and where it is relative to the driveway.

Man, First time using K&R and these guys do it and do it right. Corey and Chris are top notch pump guys that put it in there right. I will only use this company for now on. If I could give 10 stars I would. I been around concrete a long time and these are model employees that you want to represent your company well.
We had a wonderful experience with the crew from K&R. They showed up 30 minutes early, let us know about an issue with our supplier, and talked us through the entire process. They went above and beyond by helping us (first time DIYers) out, giving us advice and tips, and when it started pouring rain they even helped us hoist up the tarp to get the job done. We are so pleased with the service we received and would highly recommend K&R.
We used K&R to pump our house foundation, 50+ yards of concrete. These guys showed up on time and ready to work. They were super nice, and helpful. They jumped right in to lend a hand, going above and beyond what they needed to do. I would highly recommend this company. Its super hard to find good workers these days but these guys are it!
I've been using K and R for 3 years now. And they are my main concrete pumping contractor. Very happy with their work. Always on time
The owners of this business were very outgoing, willing to help out with whatever my needs were and made sure that I was 100% satisfied. Most important, they were the most kind people that I have ever dealt with.
Just want to give a big shout out to Kenny and Rhonda you guys are awesome slab turned out great and all I can say is you guys are always the easiest people to get along with and I really appreciate you guys
Concrete pumping work in Trinity? We will come and look at it, free.
Normally, but check your association's rules on truck access, working hours and street staging before booking the concrete, because those set the schedule.
That is the point of using a boom. The line comes over the cage rather than through it.
No. Trinity is inside our normal service area and the inspection is free there like everywhere else we work.
