The one place around here with room
After a week of squeezing a truck between two houses in a subdivision, Zephyrhills is a relief. Flat ground, open lots, wide shoulders, section-line roads and very little overhead. Setup is usually the least interesting part of a Zephyrhills job.
That does not make the pump unnecessary. Ag buildings, equipment pads, grove infrastructure and the newer subdivisions off Eiland and Simons all put the pour a long way from anywhere a mixer can stand, and a long way is exactly what a boom is for.
Mobile home replacement, which is a real category here
Zephyrhills has a lot of manufactured housing, and a steady flow of people replacing a mobile home with a site built house on the same parcel. That is a footing and monolithic slab job on a lot that already has a driveway, a septic system, a power drop and a well on it.
The complication is never the pour, it is the existing services. Everything already in the ground was put there for a different building, and half of it is not where the drawing says. That gets walked before a truck is set up.
Groves, pasture and the sand
East of town the sand gets deeper and the roads get softer. A grove road that carries a pickup all year will not necessarily carry a loaded pump truck after three days of rain, and the recovery from getting one stuck is expensive and slow.

Man, First time using K&R and these guys do it and do it right. Corey and Chris are top notch pump guys that put it in there right. I will only use this company for now on.
