The address, the yardage, the mix and the date. If you do not know the yardage, give us the dimensions and we will work it out with you.
Where a truck can stand on firm ground, what is overhead, and how far it is to the furthest corner of the pour. This is the part that decides the day.
Concrete Orders is on our Google profile. We can place it with the plant and space the trucks so your crew is never waiting and never buried.
The pump is on site ahead of the first mixer. The line gets primed, the pour runs at the rate your finishers can work, and the washout goes where we agreed rather than into a storm drain.
What happens now
We will call to go through the access and the timing, which is the part that decides both the price and whether the day runs. It is a short conversation and it saves a long one on the morning of the pour.
Worth having ready when we call
- The pour date, and whether it can move if the weather does.
- Yardage if you know it, dimensions and thickness if you do not.
- How far it is from where a truck could park to the furthest corner of the pour.
- Anything overhead: service drops, power lines, low branches.
- Anything dug or backfilled on the property in the last month.
